Who We Are

BimmerCartel is operated by BIMMERCARTEL LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Illinois, USA. Our principal address is 94 Woodley Rd, Winnetka, IL 60093.

Eligibility

You must be 18+ to purchase. By placing an order, you confirm you're 18+ and the credit card / payment method you're using is yours.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are in USD. We try to keep pricing accurate but reserve the right to correct errors. If a product was clearly mispriced (e.g., $5 instead of $500), we may cancel and refund the order rather than fulfill at the listed price.

Inventory is not guaranteed. If a product is out of stock after you order, we'll notify you within 24 hours and offer a backorder, alternative, or refund.

Authorized Dealer Status

We are authorized resellers for the brands listed on our site. Products carry full manufacturer warranties.

Off-Road / Track Use Products

Some products (catless downpipes, race exhaust, methanol kits) are for off-road / track use only and not legal for street use in emissions states. You're responsible for knowing your local emissions laws and for proper use.

Tuning & Modifications — Your Responsibility

Performance modifications can affect your manufacturer warranty, emissions compliance, and vehicle behavior. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

- You're responsible for proper installation by yourself or a qualified shop
- You're responsible for any tune required to safely use the product
- BimmerCartel is not liable for damage caused by improper installation, improper tune, abuse, racing, or any use the product is not designed for

Intellectual Property

All product brands belong to their respective manufacturers. The "BimmerCartel" name, logo, and original site content are ours. Don't reproduce them without written permission. Not affiliated with BMW AG or BMW of North America.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BimmerCartel's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue. We're not liable for indirect damages (loss of use, lost profits, vehicle damage caused by misuse, etc.).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois. Any disputes go to courts in Cook County, Illinois.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
