Returns & Refunds

Performance parts are different from regular retail — fitment, install, and tuning all factor in. Read this before you order.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. After 30 days, no returns or refunds.

What We Accept Back

- Items in new, uninstalled, unopened condition with original packaging, hardware, and instructions
- Items shipped wrong by us (we cover return shipping)
- Items damaged in transit (report within 48 hours of delivery with photos)

What We Don't Accept Back

- Installed parts — once it's been on a car, even briefly, we can't take it back
- Custom-order items (custom wheel builds, custom-tuned ECUs, made-to-order anything)
- Tunes, flash files, MHD/JB4 license keys — digital products are non-refundable once delivered
- Open-box electronics with broken seals
- Items returned without an RMA number

How to Start a Return

Email returns@bimmercartel.com with your order number, the items, and reason. We'll issue an RMA number within 2 business days.

Restocking Fee

Returns on customer's choice (changed your mind, ordered wrong part): 15% restocking fee. Returns for our error or defect: no restocking fee.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method. Bank time may add another 3–7 days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

Email returns@bimmercartel.com within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Manufacturer Warranties

All products carry the manufacturer warranty independent of this policy. For warranty claims, email warranty@bimmercartel.com.
