Free Shipping Over $250

Orders over $250 ship free to the lower 48 US states. No code needed — applied automatically at checkout.

Standard Rates (Orders Under $250)

- Continental US: $14.99 standard ground (3–7 business days)
- Alaska / Hawaii: calculated at checkout
- International: not available at this time — sorry, expanding soon

Processing Time

- In-stock items: ship within 1–2 business days from order
- Dropshipped items (most large parts: downpipes, intercoolers, wheels): ship within 2–5 business days direct from supplier
- Custom-order items (BC Forged custom wheels, made-to-order kits): 4–12 weeks lead time, communicated at order

Tracking

You'll get a tracking email the moment your order ships. Check spam if you don't see it within 5 business days of ordering.

Backorders

If a product goes on backorder after you place an order, we'll email you within 24 hours with the new ship date. You can wait, switch to a similar in-stock product, or cancel for a full refund.

Carrier

Most orders ship UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Heavy/oversized items (wheels, exhaust systems) may ship via freight.

Damaged in Transit

Inspect every package within 48 hours of delivery. If anything is damaged, photograph it and email returns@bimmercartel.com immediately. We file the claim with the carrier and replace at no cost to you.

Wrong Address

Double-check your shipping address before checkout. We can't change it once the order ships, and rerouting fees ($15–25) are passed through.
